What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
It is a 60 day full money back guarantee, and month-to-month thereafter. Here's the way this works:
When you sign up for a month to month account, we charge the first two months in advance. This is the part that is fully refundable. Then we give you the rest of the current month for free. For example, the two month advance payment would be for Sep. and Oct. Then at the end November we charge the first regular monthly fee, i.e. for the month of hosting that was just incurred.
Note: We charge at the end of the month, for the previous month of hosting. Thus, if you should decide to cancel on the final day of the month, you pay nothing for the current month of hosting services, i.e. for the past four weeks. This is what we mean by a "month-to-month thereafter" guarantee.
Fees paid annually in advance are similar. Should you decide to cancel, we refund the unused months paid in advance, plus the current month (for which you pay nothing).
What is your average uptime?
Average uptime is 99.9% or better. To give you an idea, here are current 3rd party (websitepulse.com) reports for our three newest servers, the oldest of which has been up since May 2008:
Note: Keep in mind that these reports are generated from multiple testing stations throughout the U.S. Due to general Internet wide network irregularities, the most realistic picture is the station that is reporting the best uptime.

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Support responses are usually within the hour. We also offer toll free telephone support throughout the day and during nighttime hours. We support all aspects of your LinkSky hosting account. However, we do not provide web mastering services, but all LinkSky support staff are well versed in most aspects of web site design and page creation. On many occasions we go well beyond basic hosting support by providing script and web page troubleshooting assistance. Otherwise, we offer many different methods for full web site development, including the single-click installation of many free site builder CMS packages (e.g. Joomla, WordPress, Mambo, etc.) and our new on-line point-n-click RVSite builder which comes with over 300 templates and is a joy to use.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
Sorry, for what we offer, our hosting account plans are heavily discounted now. The bonus for signing up early in the month will be that you will receive the rest of the month for free (see above).

| This host (LinkSky) has got to be one of the more overlooked jewels in the business. I've had several sites with them for over six years and I don't think any one of them has ever been down. Their servers are fast and their support staff is RIGHT THERE with a near instant response whenever I have a question. Lot's of freebies, web builders, templates, ebooks you-name-it. And amazingly I rarely get any spam in our email we host there. In short these cats are the best! |
