| We have hosted several servers with M5 since around 2004 when it was largely a one operation. Even at that time, the support and customer services was the best we had experienced. As M5 grew and we began to host more servers with them, the quality of service continued. I would readily recommend them to anyone looking for a co-location facility that gives remarkable uptime and excellent technical support. |

| There are 2 types of businesses: the first is the one that treats you like a line item in a spreadsheet with the revenue and cost lines as columns; the second is the business that treats you like they would treat a family member or a friend. There are not many businesses in the latter category. Moreover, there are not many in the latter category that are both highly professional and highly competent. I feel extremely lucky to have found a hosting provider that takes your business personally and are very proficient in M5 hosting. I would unequivocally recommend M5 for your hosting needs. They are highly knowledgeable, have a great redundant fast network, have great equipment, and have a great hosting center (I've toured it). But more than that, these guys take your business personally. They are highly responsive and give you direct and knowledgeable help and support. One other thing when you are looking for a provider. A bad sign is when a provider charges you a "start-up" cost, tries to lock you into a long term contract, or has tiered and complex terms. M5 has a simple plan: 1 month costs X, that's it. For any type of provider, this means that they are no-crap and stand by their work since it costs nothing extra to sign up and costs nothing to leave if unsatisfied. There is no better guarantee that that. I don't think it'll matter because you'll be more than satisfied; these guys are the best. |

| Overall we have been very pleased with our experience with M5Hosting. We now have 6 Dedicated Servers with them. We had one of them crash a few times for unknown reasons. The memory test showed no problems. Without prompting from us, they offered to move our hard disks and RAID card to a new server, for no cost to us and during our off-peak hours. It is vital that we can trust the server to be up all of the time. M5Hosting clearly understands that and did what it took to resolve the issue without us even asking. I am totally sold on M5 hosting. |
