| Absolutely do NOT use this company! A crucial time for my business... big deal just about to go down, and BOOM, the web site disappears, the servers are offline, it's now been over two weeks, with no replies to my e-mails or support tickets. My big business deal put off indefinitely until I can get this straightened out, and i still have absolutely no access to my database, c panel, or anything at all involved with my web site. |

| Several clients have paid, some have been on Made2Own for years, and their sites are not up. Does not reply to support tickets. Does not reply to email. Does not reply to phone calls. No recourse but to contest charges, and go elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. |

| Made2Own is owned and operated by spammers involved with and related to a semi-famous hacker/spammer forum. Do the research and you'll find out which one. The owner, Rick James, releases public information about his customers illegally. Who cares about uptime constantly plagued by ddos attacks, security issues, and the total lack of support -- simply put, if you're purchasing hosting from this company, you are bottle-feeding crooks who distribute your personal and contact information to their own managed network of spammers who use this data for marketing purposes and all other forms of illegal misadventure. Research Made2Own and it's employees at your discretion, but it is highly advisable to avoid this company at all costs. |

| It's now 12/20, all of their servers are still down. Cannot get anyone from the company to respond to either emails or support tickets. Everything is ignored. |

| somehow I as webmaster was locked out of my 1 year prepaid web account... seemed to be IP specific...after almost 4 years so-so service... numerous support tickets, several support emails, several telphone calls... and no response at any time... attempting to cancel service now... after switching to another service... after I went friends house was able to access back end of web site for backup and move to another web host... this is fourth significant service problem over the four years... one hack that destroyed all the index.html files... another hack that put a surilous home page in place of mine... and unable to use email service because of apparent hacking/spam by others on same server... i.e. I couldn't get my email through to people whom asked for it... denied by COMCAST, ATT, etc... and last the incident above where I'm blocked at my home IP. |

| Most of their servers have been down since 12/9. You submit support tickets, and a few days later we get a response saying 'we had a hard drive failure' It's now 12/17, and their servers are still down. Can't get any updates from them on ETA. Nothing on the announcement page, customers are just left in the dark and losing money each day. |

| They were pretty good. Now they have deleted all of my files, never answer any of the support tickets I sent and never answer the telephone. The only contact is to pay my monthly invoice for a service that no longer exists, and then add a late payment fee. But still they don't answer anything. Wonderful????? |

| Made2Own has been a great switch for me, I was with Dreamhost for a few months but my site was having problems going up and down because of the servers and I couldn't get in touch with anyone to see what the real problem was after I switched to Made2Own I haven't had any problems at all and have a direct phone number for any questions I ever have. so yeah, highly reccomended! |
