| Started hosting with them as the price for the host was good only $2.50 monthly for a reseller. everything is good and support gets back in 10 minutes even for little problems. |

| The best host Ive ever been with. I've been with Magma Host for over three months now and have had no problems. I have spoken to them on the phone and using the chat on the website when ever I needed help. They are 500% better than 1&1 Hosting and much faster in replying to tickets than 1&1 too. |

| Customer support is clueless and gives nonsense replies when you need anything, some content of their site seems to be copied from another hosting providers, none of the forms on the right side on the http://www.magmahost.com/contact.php actually work, no phone support, they claim to have automatic backups but it seems they don't. They make it hard for you to leave if you want to switch to another hosting provider. I guess you get what you pay for. They promise too much and then they can't deliver. Avoid if you're looking a professional service. |

| I searched Google for $1 Web Hosting, and found Magmahost. They have been a very good host and have helped me out a lot. During my time with them they have upgraded there servers but I have never had any downtime even when they were upgrading them. Uptime 10/10 Support 8/10 Speed 10/10 -- I thought that it would be cheap hosting but it was much faster than I thought my sites load very fast and images are good too. |
