| hi if you have lots of traffic, emails etc., update to the vps servers of midphase, after i did that my site uptime and speed increased two fold. |

| This review is simple: if you have a business website AVOID MIDPHASE.COM. My site goes down all the time, 1-2 per week. Customer service varies between being rude and clueless. They offer a 30 day $$ back guarantee but you won't find out they suck until after 30 days. Avoid midphase.com. I am in the process of leaving them right now, and I can't get until I can get away and then cancel my account -- sure, I'll lose all the $$ I give them (no refund after 30 days) but I don't care: that's how bad they suck. |

| I agree with the above negative reviews. My site goes down all the time. One of their services is WP blog installation support but when they fantasico program failed to install the blog, I was told I'd have to manually install the blog. I didn't know how to do that so the blog never got installed. There are great hosting companies out, Midphase is NOT one of them. You're crazy if you use Midphase hosting |

| I see that only the people that are mad wrote here. Also I see that Mihphase is numer 9 in top hosting 2010. So everybody with their decision. | Absolutely terrible company. A year's hosting with Midphase was probably my single worst purchase ever. In my experience hosted websites will work and it will be a website but just about as soon as people start visiting it will go down and it will not work again. And they will, regularly, ask you for hundreds of dollars to get them to make it work and they won't do anything with it. |

| Firsthand experience with this company for one year was negative. Their servers were down so frequently I ended up subscribing to their "down for maintenance notices" just to keep up to date with their downtimes. Communication problems were a norm. There was an ongoing conflict between what the website I was affiliated with at the time had promised, and what this hosting company delivered. I fell into the trap of believing the ad of having a so-called "ready-made website worth over $1000 including hosting." At the end of the day it turned out that I had to pay US$150 for the whole year up front in order to get all the so-called "benefits 24/7." Their response time to "support tickets" was longer than their expressed limit (at that time...1 business day). This was evident during the first month of hosting, when I couldn't access the member's panel during the first 2 weeks of hosting. I saw this as a prelude to further problems, which prompted me to ask for a refund before the 30 days were up. The request for a refund was never processed, and the rest of the year was one of regrets. |
