What is your average uptime?
Our average uptime is 99.5%, but in all honesty, in the recent past (the last week of July to be more precise) one of our servers was hit by a pretty major DoS attack, which resulted in bad service quality for a few days for clients on that server. The reason behind that is simple, we offer a budget oriented service & are a not equipped to handle sites targeted by massive DoS or similar attacks.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
At present, we offer support via trouble ticket system & email. Average response time can be upto 6 hours.

MKOH has been in business since August 2003, which makes it 6 years now. Further, I think you will find very few providers who would be this honest & straight forward up-front.

| MKOH the worst hosting service I ever found in my 15 Year experience they are very non-professional when you asked them any question regarding their service and even advised them for improvement they will never answer your query I will never ever suggest anyone to host a site with MKOH.com |

mkoh scam ? april 2009, i ordered reseler package from mkoh ( http://mkoh.com/ ) subscribe payment via paypal. 1 month after , i unsubscribe this account. but... mkoh still charge me until now mkoh never responded my email today, mkoh still sent me invoice |
