| If you want Hosting, never go for MochaHost. Their servers are dead slow. Gateway Timeout, 500 Interner Server Error problems frequently arise. |

| I have very Bad experience with Moachahost.. I requested moachahost assosiates to solve my issues. i face lots of issues with moachahost services. They do not give me access to add,edit, delete files from my server. Thats why lots of capcha files together on my server and server run slow..Now it stopped. I requested him many times but they did not listen my request.They solve my issue one time but again i checked the problem after some days but it did not solved.I am unable to upload audio files more then 7 MB on my server. I am unable to upload the CSV files on my server because i have not permission to add, edit ,delete files from moachost side.. Over all poor services..I used many server but moachahost is poor services... |

Mochahost claims to be the no 1 hosting company in the world. Whenever we search on google or any other search engine, we get their banner saying "No:1". By seeing this ad, I was attracted to their product and ordered one VPS. I was happy with their uptime. But this week I was really frustrated. I got a mail with this subject, "[#KAO-738393]: Server scan - account suspended". The content is below.. "Dear Client, Our monitoring system detected that server scans has been executed through your sever. Due to the severe nature of the problem we have disabled your VPS server. Detailed information is listed below : blah blah blahs.... " They suspended my whole account, including customers and resellers accounts. Our customers and Resellers were calling us from different places. I went for chating with mochahost, those people guided me to open a support request. Mochahost people can view the ticket id: KAO-738393. I pleaded for their help. But they did not. I am sorry.. please understand my situation.) So, I request you to stay away from this company. They are good till one extent. When your company is grown up, they will bargain for price. That is their plan to make money. You can see at the end part, they asked me to restore the account for $50/hour. It will take more than two days to restore the whole account. But I am thinking about paying the money, because I have no other choice. If you are an existing customer, please move your account to a good company, whether the price is high, I recommend to choose a good one.. but never, never choose mochahost. -Robert. |

| I previously used mochahost a couple of years ago for domain & hosting (jsp capability) of nkran.net .At the time I found them ok. I cancelled account only because I lost interest in subject of my web.Strangely this site is still getting 100% uptime. Now the bad news, I went back to them for domain and hosting (again jsp) for childrens-charitable-foundation.org the site is constantly down and then up ,and down again. Html seems to be ok so I think its their apache mod_k tomcat setup. My site is charitable, and not a commercial site. I dread to think that I used mochahost for someone else's site, that I had been paid to create and set up.they would be ringing me up every five minutes. Sorry to say but mochahost is totally un-reliable. When you contact support, and tell them your site is down, they come back hours later, and say its Ok now . Which of course it might be since the hosting is up and down like a yoyo! |

| Mochahost is a webhost company that cheats their customers with their advertisement, if you add a review in their website about their fraud service, they immediately remove your reviews to show that their host is the best, I have cancelled my service with Mochahost and asked them for a refund for the prorated amount remaining because their service lacks both reliability and availability. You can expect that, using Mochahost servers, your website will be unavailable to your customers at least twice a month. So a word to the wise. It would be best to never start service with Mochahost. If you are unhappy with their service it appears that you will not get a refund if you cancel your contract. They owe me a refund of 130 USD for the 2 years that were remaining on my contract but they are refusing to pay. If you would like to know more about Mochahost's quality of service and their customer service or how they process problem tickets or about the company in general before you try to make a decision on whether or not you would like to use their service, then please review this page. | I recommend you never buy any host or domain from this place, because the access to their database always have problem and not available in most cases, your website would load heavily, and finally when you ask for refund, they refuse to refund you, they owe me 130 USD. read my more stories here http://www.facebook.com/MochahostNever |

| Been with these people only a week. Their server is constantly down and emails not getting through - today cannot access thier site at all - have they been closed down?? |

| Fraud and violations at every step. Makes sense to pay for only 3 months. Otherwise they block everything. They require a transfer to another plan. No access to data and statistics, the control panel. Your letters do not respond. Just go to an expensive plan. The contract for 3 years is not overturned. money is not returned. They erase user data. 14 GB have been erased during the day, after the download. They did not find a link to the data on the main page. They control the data and erase them. Who Disagree - disconnected. Again, do not access FTP HTTP control panel. The downloaded data must have a link on the site, otherwise data is lost. And all my account is blocked. | I see a lot of bad rep for mochahost here. To be fair, I had a good experience with them at the customer support level. I bought a 1 year shared hosting plan with domain and then after few weeks I changed my mind and asked for refund - which they promptly did minus the domain registration fee. No questions asked. Secondly, due to inexperience and laziness I didn't transfer my domain to another service/registrar and before I knew the expiry date arrived. With literally 2 days to the expiry I requested them for renewal and they went out of their way and favored me on this without any obligations whatsoever on their part. They just mildly reproached me and just asked me to transfer the domain as soon as possible. I was literally like phewww! Think they just earned a little positive karma from this client at least. |
