| These people are a nightmare. I have been begging them to provide some help for days; they respond slowly with bogus answers like "read this learn.iis.net article on how to do whatever, you may find help there". I have not yet tried to cancel my account, I expect the worst. |

| I agree with all the negative reviews.. MOCHAHOST is affordable, but you get what you pay for! Crappy service and the worst customer service. If you are smart, you will stay away. I had to dispute charges with my credit card company before they closed my account. |

| i regreted joining within the first hour, as they proceeded to take my money although it was clear they were not going to offer any services to me, and the online chat as well as support on mail, are rude, will dismis you and still take your money. Stay away. |

| We have spent a lot of time to try out Mochahosting.com and unfortunately it has been much of a nightmare. First the positive. Mochahosting prices are reasonable and cheap. They have online chat. Unfortunately that is about all that is good. Mochahosting.com attitude is very bad and their replies on the online chat is very rude and they will try to get you off as fast as possible by telling you to write an email to them. They will also terminate the chat even while you are typing the issue or problem. Their servers are slow and has had a good amount of downtime or server on error issues. Their control panel ALWAYS stalls and often crashes with errors. It is hard for this company to call themselves a web hosting company. They lack good tech support, they lack etiquette, they lack good servers, they lack a good control panel. They are just a cheap web hosting company with cheap servers. |

| I've sold more than $2,000 for Mochahost, but they've never paid any penny! My email account is "diggbest#gmail.com" and they're absolutely scamming and FBI should go to arrest those shit guys!!! |

As soon as it's time for you to be paid, you get a note saying that they have increased the "wait time" to 60 days instead of 30 days. When you complain, they simply delete your affiliate account. Not one single person has EVER received even a single penny from their affiliate program. I repeat not one single person has EVER received even a single penny from their affiliate program! Absolute TOTAL scam! |

| I Have a linux hosting service with Cpanel. The setting up service was very fast, less than 48 hours - the new domain had to be activated -. Did raised several tickets regarding other services and always got a response within hours. It has been around 4 months I have their service and can tell that it has been a great choice. |
