Featured review of myplacehost.net

While myplacehost.net is user friendly and designed well enough, we got bad impressions because of big flashing banners at the top of page. Some advertisement are so annoying that we had to scroll down page to hide them.

But packages offered still look great (keep in mind they are free) - 250 MB space, 6 GB bandwidth, PHP and MySQL (up to 5 databases) support, and even cPanel. Server speed is pretty good, we had no connection or high load problems at all. However, everything has its own price - this hosting is sponsored by advertisements, so expect to see banner ad at the bottom of each page of your website.

Also, keep in mind myplacehost.net does not send activation emails - your login details (username, password, etc.) will be displayed right after registration, so don't forget to save this page (or print it) for later usage.
