| Namescout.com is a scam. They charge $25 to transfer a domain to another registrar. They charge $25 to renew a domain. Also beware of buying expiring domains through Pool.com because they use or own Namescout. |

| Namescout is a real pain - even though you can contact by phone or email they are of no help. I can't give all the details but I think they are making it difficult to transfer a domain - probably just want my renewal money. |

| They lock domains and make it difficult to unlock them and transfer out. You need to send message, after message, after message. Company is a scam. |

| I signed on after a sales guy told me I could cancel anytime, it was very easy and they would refund any month I wasn't happy. Now I know he lied to get my credit card number. When I tried to cancel I was told I had to do so many technical things I started to cry. They hung up on me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. These people are terrible. Do not give them a credit card number ever. Terrible terrible company. |

| DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!The slowest mail server on the planet. Terrible support. Slowest log on. Having to log on multiple times to read email. 10-15 minutes to access emails. DO NOT TRY AND CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. They say you can. You can't. They say they can't. No one can, unless you pay them a huge fee and give them full access to a credit card. SCAM. Scam SCAM! |
