| I've used namesecure for many years. I have NOT been satisfied with it but felt stuck with it. It was tolerable at best, but now the upgrade is horrible. At a critical time of the year for my business, I'm forced to take action now. |

| This company has gone completely downhill. The new web interface is a complete and absolute joke. It is the worst piece of junk software I have seen in years. Nothing works! I repeat nothing. They will go under soon. I have transfered to Go Daddy and I don't even care what it costs. Hint, while you are waiting, creat a gmail account and forward you email. You can even then check gmail from outlook. Good luck trying to use outlook with namesecure. And if you email,they just email you back some completely irrelevent answer. |

| Agreed. This company offers ZERO phone support and SLOW email support. (Who in this day and age can run a business with a promise that they'll get back to you within 24 HOURS?!?!) I've been in the Web design business for over a decade and one of our clients recently came to us with a DNS issue. The DNS needs to be modified immediately, but because there's a problem with the namesecure account (the domain isn't showing up under the owner's account), and because there's no phone support to remedy the situation quickly, the client's Web site and email are going to be unavailable for an unacceptable period of time. All because these guys are cheap and unprofessional! |

| Be Forewarned!..NEVER and I repeat NEVER do any business with NAMESECURE. They are a useless internet scam with NO SUPPORT and will try to beat you out of your domain names and your money. I don't care how many years they've been in business they deserve the POOP AWARD and should be taken down for being in the top 10 of internet scam artist. |

| Aweful, just aweful... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their interface is extremely buggy; you can enter information into a field and click submit 100 times only to find everytime you log back in that it reverts back to the old setting. Their support SUCKS! Good luck getting anyone to help you if you need it; there is NO Phone Support, only Email and becuase of all of their problems lately there is extreme lag in the response... Terrible company! |

| Horrible. They dont have phone support anymore. If you call, they'll say they only have email support to remain competitive. Many features on the website dont work and I've been trying to update our DNS for the last 2 weeks. The next step is switching our 20+ domains to Netfirms. I cant believe they're not out of business yet. |
