Nav Stole My Client, 29th of November, 2011
Craigs wife, the so called owner, is known to have stolen clients of who had been independently brought to Navpoint. When my client wanted to move to a different web server/provider, Ivy, Craigs wife and the so-called tax write-off owner, hijacked the account and shut me out while this client was out of state. Not a good business practice, & Craig stop defending these practices, as I can name quite a few ex-customers that left for many reasons.

My site was down for 2 days because they didn't have the capabilities update their own servers to PHP5. I will never use them again. Nor will I refer business to them

Lots of needless headaches.

Contrary to their offers, they do have sporadic down time (middle of the day), tech support takes a while to get back to you, billing is horrible.

I would not recommend them
