| Craigs wife, the so called owner, is known to have stolen clients of who had been independently brought to Navpoint. When my client wanted to move to a different web server/provider, Ivy, Craigs wife and the so-called tax write-off owner, hijacked the account and shut me out while this client was out of state. Not a good business practice, & Craig stop defending these practices, as I can name quite a few ex-customers that left for many reasons. |

| My site was down for 2 days because they didn't have the capabilities update their own servers to PHP5. I will never use them again. Nor will I refer business to them |

| Lots of needless headaches. Contrary to their offers, they do have sporadic down time (middle of the day), tech support takes a while to get back to you, billing is horrible. I would not recommend them |
