| NCISP continues to bill my credit card even though they sold the company back in March. I have tried numerous times to get the card company to STOP their billings - so far no luck. If anyone knows how to make contact with NCISP please let me know. |

| Have encountered same problem about cancelling service with them, cannot get a call in or an answer to an email, had to cancell credit card account to keep them from charging my account, have been billed for several monts since account was to be closed. |

| We used this provider after they obtained the aginet.com domain for a few years until aginet cancelled their access for failure to comply with terms of the contract. We have repeatly attemted to stop payment via our cedit card and NCISP continues to charge us when have no service with them. Apparently a poorly run company |

| Absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. When I did use their service the servers were frequently down. When I cancelled service they continued to bill me after repeated calls to cancel service, etc. Absolutely awful |
