What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
On hosting we do not provide a moneyback guarantee to everyone so to speak. If it comes down to it and we do not perform we will issue you a credit. You would just login to the Myportal System and request a termination with refund. No problem!
What is your average uptime?
Since we are a facilities-based provider we own our on data center, IP address space, Autonomous System Number (ASN) no collocation here, we offer collocation. Our uptime has been around 99.89% thus far. You can check the network status page but it's for customers only sorry to see any upcoming outages, network troubles and etc. Uptime and guarantees only mean so much. At the end of the day if their is a problem our customers wants to know a few things:
1. What happened?
2. When is it going to be up?
3. Will this happen again?
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide trouble ticket support, direct email, and phone at a last resort. We are usually very fast at getting to you. We do not provide developing assistance. If your development is very very basic that can fall under our IT Consulting in which we do for a few customers. A plus is we may be movng to issuing out mobile numbers if customers cannot get through at a last resort.

Our company was founded by Otis Surratt, Jr. (yes that's me) I am involved in every aspect I can. You do not see this in a lot of companies now days. We are a local family-based company that more or less picks and chooses our customers.
