We offer 30 days money back guarantee for US based hosting and 15 days money back guarantee for India based hosting. You have to request your money back within first 30 days of your service and we will refund the full amount without any question asked.

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Our reseller and vps hosting comes with 1 hours guaranteed response time as far as hosting is concerned. Unfortunately this doesn't cover fixing programming codes adn website. However, you can request for our website development service separately.
