What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to any hosting fees paid
within the first 30 days. Refund must be requested and the account
must be cancelled within the first 30 days of service. If cancelling
an account in accordance with the Money Back Guarantee any promotions
received in concert with the hosting account will not be fulfilled.
This includes but is not limited to any domain name registration
provided free of charge with hosting service. If cancelling an account
in accordance with the Money Back Guarantee the refund applicable will

| I use Omnis Network web hosting for my business site. Their technical support is really good. I have had to use them a few times when upgrading my site or adding new features. They are pretty responsive and quick at getting fixes for you. Space isn’t a problem. While my old web hosting company would start cutting my site off whenever I had too much activity, I’ve never had that problem once I moved it over to Omnis. If my site keeps growing I may want to move it to a dedicated server for the added security and speed, and Omnis doesn’t offer them, so I may have to move. But for now I am really happy with my site at Omnis. |

| I have been an Omnis customer since 1999. I have experienced no noticeable downtime. Omnis support has been friendly, knowledgeable and expedient. There have been no noticeable speed deficiencies during the time my websites have been on their servers. The price is very competitive considering their services and support. |
