| I signed up for a one year account with one.com which was fine to begin with and I eventually let the contract run out one.com did not contact me for months then sent debt collecters after me because they had renewed the account but even though they had my home address and mobile phone number didn't bother to attempt to get in touch they do not have a contact number on their site so had to contact via email but even with each email asking them to call me and giving them the number again they still wouldn't and I am still waiting on their cancelation button to be sent to me their customer service is easily the worst that I have come across |

| we have been hosted by one.com for 8 years. during all these years we hadn't any problem to ask one.com for help. Once we asked them for help and they answered us after 2 weeks playing with our time, in a situation our website was down for technical problem and waiting for one.com helps. We are happy finally we finished working with one.com and we transferred our domain to new host. Strongly we do not recommend you to use one.com |

| I am happy with their services. I have used the so-called "live chat" for some help with setting up a database, and I got good service. No downtime in the day, some maintenance in the night. If you want to use their included online html editor software you need Windows. |

| Tried one.com specifically for their photo album app. Didn't state up-front that they only support IE. Firefox won't give full access! Don't use it if you work on a mac, about to ask for money back - results will be 'interesting'! |

| I would avoid this company like the plague. Their back-up and support is only by e-mail and so called 'Live chat' so nothing really gets resolved. They also engage in automatic renewal without making that 100% clear and also add 'late charges' if disputing their figures. There is never anyone to discuss problems with and find a resolution so they have you over a barrel. Be very wary of signing up with these people - better still - AVOID! |

| We are experiencing major problems with 2 websites because of the webhotel one.com. One.com have recently change their hardware and software which have given has caused our websites to stop working or upload to the servers. They are refusing to take responsibility for this and claim that it is our problem. These sites hav...e been tested many times and we know that it is one.com that is at fault. They have an extremely bad we know everything you know nothing attitude. They do not know how their own system works or is configured. Their customer service employees lie to the customers. They refuse to repay any fees back for 2 website that never worked. |

| One thing that you MUST be aware of when using one.com is the fact that they list "Daily backups" as a salespitch BUT that is ONLY possible if THEY did something to your files/data. They will NOT restore your files/data if the source of the damage is outside of their servers. So IF you choose to use a webhosting-company that don't include minimum service make sure that you have the possibility to back your own stuff up. |
