|My experience is exactly as above. After years of so-so service at good prices, just a brick wall. Wonky and illogical due payment notifications, dead support, no matter how many tickets. I can't even access my cPanel for maintenance and they won't even react! |

|P4Host was paid on 12/03/2012, yet my account with them was suspended on 12/08/2012. Tried calling but the phone number no longer exists. Sent emails, but no response. Filed help tickets via Billing and Tech support numerous times, but still no response. My husband had the same problem last year with no resolution and just let it drop since he was paying quarterly. My payment was an auto pay yearly (which I forgot about until this happened), but I'm not going to just let it go. Though Kevin sold the company overseas, his name still resides on the P4Host Whois lookup. Since he left, I believe there is no longer ANY support for the clients. Materofact, the servers that held my domain have been shut down and are now non-existant. NameSecure noticed this and redirected my domain pointers back to their servers.|
I have filed a dispute claim and am awaiting results to get my payment back. In the meantime, the email address I have used for 13+ years no longer works and I am missing all of my correspondants -- including reciepts for Christmas purchases. Since had to change contact info for several places I do business. This sucks.

|Same problem with P4host. Have been with them for over 8 years and all of a sudden account got suspended even though the payment was current and upto date. They locked my domain name so cannot transfer it. No more responses. Terrible. If anyone found a way to contact them please respond.|

|I have been subscribed to P4Host webservices since 2005 and I have been paying quarterly via automatic Paypal payment since that time. On November 26, 2011, I received notice via email that my payment was overdue (payment due on November 25, 2011); this was the same day that an automatic Paypal transaction to P4host is dated and was verified on my credit card statement. On November 28, 2011, I received second notice of overdue payment. This was not surprising to me as this level of disconnect had happened in the past. On December 2, 2011, I received email notice that my P4Host account was suspended due to nonpayment. I emailed P4Host immediately with verification of both my Paypal and credit card payments. I immediately received an automatic response from P4host confirming that my email was received stating, "one of the staff members will review it and reply accordingly." I never heard from P4Host again. I emailed a second time on December 12, 2011 asking for rectification of my account suspension, but again no response. Today (January 6, 2012) I called P4Host at the number listed on the contact page of the website, but a recording told me that that number was no longer valid. I have no way to contact P4Host and I have now paid for 4 months of service that I will not receive. I canceled my Paypal automatic subscription payment to P4Host today even though I have been regularly paying for services since 2005. When I log onto my webpage, I only embarrassingly see the words "account suspended".|

|Same problem as guy above. Sent in payment to renew my hosting. They hosting was never renewed and now our website and emails are down with no way to get it back up online. No responses to emails. Going on 3 months now.|

|I was referred to P4Host when I was looking to move my site off of the guy who was hosting me at the time. When I first bought my domain and web space, P4Host was always there and completely responsive.|
My, how things have changed. That was then, This is P4Host now:
-My site was hacked a year ago, P4Host was completely UNRESPONSIVE to my multiple requests for access logs from them (which I never got).
-Failed to produce a backup of my site as every directory was damaged.
-Took 7 months for them to cancel the auto-renew feature.
-'Kevin' is nowhere to be seen - Phone number is a non-functional number, help desk is NEVER online.
-Looked at the server status last night and found that it said: No Servers Currently Being Monitored - oh that's great!
-No FAQ's or any kind of help available in the cpanel area.
I cannot WAIT to ditch this crappy host!
