What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
If, for any reason, you close your account within the first 30 days we will refund any fees already paid. Please note that the money back guarantee does not apply to domain name purchases ot SSL certificates.
What is your average uptime?

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
During our regular business hours (7am-5pm PST Monday to Friday) we offer phone, live chat, and email support. During our off times email support is offered.
During our regular business hours under normal circumstances you don't find yourself waiting. We answer the phone on the first or 2nd ring most of the time, email responses come back within 30 minutes depending on the nature of the email. Live chat is answered immediately. We officially offer "basic" support. However if you encounter a problem you are unable to overcome, or requires special attention such as modifying folder permissions we are there to assist you. We do not provide web site design services.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We are not currently offering any promotions at this time, the only discount currently available is a 15% discount for any registered charity organizations.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
Each web hosting company targets specific demographics. If you require reliable Windows hosting, (websites requiring ASP.NET and MSSQL service) for your business and appreciate quick response time support during regular business hours then Pacific Online is a good option for you to consider.
