What is your average uptime?
I have been with the company for 4 months and have see one 30 minute down time due to maintenance.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer phone, ticket and email support. Currently our average response time is 4 minutes. With our unmanaged support we offer hardware and network support. For $29.00 per month per server, we offer full management support. This covers pretty much anything except coding and script issues with your website and services.

|We have had the same experience with PacificRack (http://www.PacificRack.com) which is another company of Mr. Ilan Mishan who is now starting a new GIG due to all the bad press and lawsuites they have had with their companies:|
combining all is SCAM sites and businesses who carry the worst reputation in the industry FiberTech (http://www.FiberTech.com), WebZooLoo
(http://www.WebZooLoo.com), OC3Networks (http://www.OC3Networks.com), PacificRack (http://www.PacificRack.com) and now Quadranet (http://www.Quadranet.com).
We hope to inform ALL internet users of Mr. Ilan Mishan's intentions and hope to have a civil/Federal case against him, his companies and his associates.
Please forward any and all your complaints to your local congressman.

|Aug 16: I signed up a dedicated server.|
Aug 18: server (22.214.171.124/29) was delivered.
Aug 19: I canceled the server due to bad network and rude support. one staff said I was laying; then he regretted, here is the original reply "I want to apologize for being rude. I was upset because we have indeed put in a
lot of time to try and resolve this matter, and I was frustrated. Please accept
my apologizes for insulting you, it was not my intention. I hope that you see
because of how emotional I got that it is a very important matter for us to
resolve this and I was frustrated because of the issue being caused by the China
ISP's. We want to make our network excellent for Chinese clients, it is one of
our main goals, so please accept my apology and let us move on and continue to
work to resolve this."
Aug 19: Billing Dept. followed the ticket, "
I have processed your cancellation request,
your server has been scheduled for disconnection
immediately. I have sent in your refund request to
our billing manager please allow time for this to
be processed I will provide an update shortly.
Please let me know if I can assist you with anything futher. "
Aug 27, Sept 9, Sept 15, Sept 21& Oct 18: I contacted pacificrack; they just tied every excuse to delay refund.
I learn my lesson. pacificrack is a scam: they only care about cash inflow; they have no qualified 24-hour support. plus, NO REFUND.
it is the first time to post a negative review; I feel sorry for the sale department.
