If you want to know about the two times we were down in July and August. July was a php and mysql upgrade on our servers. August the data center shut down because somebody had gotten stuck on a telephone pole right out side our DC. We have diesel backups but the fire department was afraid of electricity back feeding into the lines so they asked the DC to completely shut down. You can view the story here:

The May 2008 downtime on that site we blocked the site from actually pinging our server to show that there uptime stat software they were using was not accurate.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We do offer email ticket support and are revamping our phone system to offer day time phone support. Our ticket response is usually within 1 hour and not to exceed 4 hours.

While all companies do experience some type of failure being a server going down, support system updates, etc we still strive to offer our customers the best possible service at an affordable price. We look at clients as long term partners and not just another invoice waiting to be paid. Yes we offer some web design support and we also look at clients web sites to see what there selling,listing etc. Sometimes we offer recommendations and how to improve there site.We don't offer unlimited space or bandwidth we like to be honest and offer hosting services that are affordable and practical.
