What moneyback guarantees do you offer?

What is your average uptime?
We do not provide full details of our uptime, as we do not offer any form of guarantee, but our external monitoring shows this to be in excess of 99.98%.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer support via email and via our support ticket system at http://support.qbic.co.uk/. Unfortunately, to keep the cost of our services to a minimum, we do not provide telephone technical support. Our response times are usually within about 30 minutes (often much less) during working hours. Outside of normal working hours this could be longer as we only have a skeleton staff in place in case of emergencies. We only offer support on problems with our service and unfortunately cannot help with development of your site or issues outside of the service we provide.
