| I was a customer of quality host online for a number of years and had occasional problems, but nothing major. All that changed in the last month. There were 2 24-hour long outages that I had to discover on my own (when a customer emailed me to tell me that the site was down). After that, a good deal of very important data stored in a MySQL db disappeared. Did they contact me to tell me that there was a problem? Once I emailed them about the issue did they even acknoweldge that there was a problem? Did they even agree to email me when they fix the problem (which they still haven't)? No on all counts. If you want terrible service and tech support, go with quality host online. Otherwise, pick someone else. |
