What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We do not have a moneyback guarantee except for uptime due to an issue on our end (mostly network related). We offer partial refunds depending on extent of excess downtime. However, a customer can ask for a full moneyback for the current month if the downtime exceeds 0.1%.
What is your average uptime?
2009 uptime has been 99.999%. Any planned outages are posted to "network issues" in our central billing system.

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
There is a standard support option for all customers regardless of the plan they have with us. Tickets for critical issues such as servers being down are dealt within 4 hours and rest are dealt with 1 business day. Emergency support is available over weekends.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We're currently not running any promotion.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
Most hosting companies have similar network quality but customer support makes the difference; that's where we stand tall :)
