What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We don't offer moneyback, but as our agreements are on monthly basis you can terminate your services with us on very short notice. These short contracts of course also stimulate us to provide you the best service available.
What is your average uptime?
Our uptime is near 100%. We use high quality hardware, advanced network protection and have reliable peering and transit partners.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Average response time really depends on the type of question. We try to answer all questions within 24 hours. Outage related questions are handled with priority and can be answered faster. We also offer a 24 hours/day emergency hotline.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
I could give you a free 500GB NAS storage when you sign up now. This NAS is located in another datacenter that you can use for backup purposes.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
RackISP is a spin-off of the Dutch ISP Dootall. Dootall is one of the largest ISP's in the Netherlands. We host mostly mid-size and larger companies and also several systems of the Dutch government.
