Just ask and we will refund your current month. Any reason or no reason.
What is your average uptime?
No status page, but actually haven't had any downtime since August 2005 when we switched to our current hosting platform. So the average uptime is 100%.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We have a 24/7 tech support line. That's just support for how to use the service, we can't help you develop your site in terms of coding it etc.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We do not have any coupons or discounts, sorry.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
We've been in the hosting business for almost 10 years now. Our stuff just works and if you don't agree, then we'll refund your month and help you move on. Simple as that...
