What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. It applies within the first 30 days of service. Within the first 30 days, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
What is your average uptime?
We don't have a status page, this is in our "to do" list. WE currently have well over 99.9% uptime, but there is no way for you to independantly verify that.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer technical support for your product and aim to respond to all initial technical requests with a substantive answer within 1 hour. We do not assist in customization of your website, so I guess that would be basic support. Phone support is limited to dedicated servers and co-location accounts.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We do not have any coupon's available at the moment, though we do offer substantial discounts when prepaid semi annually or annually.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
We host in a state of the art data center and we have technicians on site at that location. This is different from many companies who are not located at the data centers they host their servers in.
