| Don't do it! They are unresponsive. When the site is down they provide no information - and it goes down several times a year. You can not contact them, you can not communicate with them, their telephone number doesn't even work!! |

| They don't have support, 2 or 3 days to restart my website and it happened many times. They are crazy, it will be better to decide other hosting. |

| I signed up them, but the service is terrible. I couldn't configure my application, clearly because of the server. I tried to contact them but I got no answer. After 2 days I asked to give my money back, but again I got no answer. I want my money back! Run away from Re-invent! |

| Having registered with them, I then had to register with their helpdesk which I've not been able to complete as the verification email they send never gets to me (I've checked junk mail). thus I'm unable to report any faults, so I contacted them through their "Contact Us" online form over a week ago and heard nothing, the control panel has been offline more than it's been online and as I type this review I can't access ANY of there service nor is my website functioning.... My recommendation Pay more and use another provider! |

| Probably one of the worst hosting companies I have ever dealt with. The only support you can get is via their web site ticketing and they are slow to respond. Our web site has been down at least 6 times in the last month. In the last year it has been down at least once a month and most it has been because their server runs out of disk space????? |

| Having tried a few different hosting sites to host my screwturn wiki this is by far the best and easiest to use. The price structure is spot on (I would happily pay more), the functions in the control panel are exactly what I need and the service from the support team is sensational. They have bent over backwards to help me! Thank you re-invent!! |

| I just signed up for a reseller plan of 10 websites amd had a problem with only one site I was trying to provision. I created a support ticket and within 15 minutes, the issue was resolved. Now that's what I call service! btw, I moved my customer sites over from another competitor's platform due to a bad service response issue and another issue I had once I migrated over one of my customer sites. I showed the old hosting company that when I moved my customer's files over to re-invent, there was no issue. Ironically, the previous hosting provider claimed that with a few configuration changes to their server, it fixed the problem. Too late webhostforasp.net, you lost my business. Thank Goodness I found Re-Invent Technologies. A blessing in disguise. |

Last year this company took our annual subscription and within a week cancelled our service (without notice) because after much frustration I had the audacity to give them a negative review. We lost our money, our data and email services. Now a year later they have taken money from my credit card again even though we have had nothing to do with them for over a year. I now have to go through a drawn complaints process with the Credit Card Company to get my money reimbursed. This Company is like a never ending nightmare. If you want a stress free life avoid them.
