I terminated the contract with them after 5 years
The service is rubbish, especially the customer support.
Slow, impolite and incompetent. Never sign up with them.
Setting up the website with them is a worst nightmare.

I officially pronounce you the best kept secret on the web.

Your site is clean and easy to navigate. Your plan has the best and broadest set of tools for business, developers and the average web user that wants a personal website.

Honestly, you should offer courses in user experience to other hosting providers!

This company is by far the best host I've used over the years. I've tried WinHost, DiscountASP, GoDaddy, Verio, etc and Re-invent tops them all easily. I would recommend Re-invent to anyone needing ASP.NET hosting on a small budget.

My site was never down at anytime and all requests were promptly answered.

GREAT JOB!

I needed to set up a Wiki and came across Re-Invent on a search engine. I had tried with other companies but had multiple issues and poor customer service. I cannot believe how easy it is to set up a wiki. The Re-Invent customer service is the best I have ever received from any company. I had a couple of queries and my emails were answered in minutes! I can't recommend re-invent enough.

I've always had great support from Re-invent and my site is always online. Never any problems at all and I host a few different sites on their servers for the last year

Awful customer service. Cancelled with them over 1 year ago. They billed my credit card a year after I cancelled. Called them twice, no answer back. Emailed through the form twice. Got no response. I finally got this response after my 5th attempt at contact with them and 3 weeks had gone by.

Here it is:

Thanks for your wonderful comments. If an error was made we’ll correct it. Your comments about our awards that are well deserved in having to deal with people like you 24/7 for pennies per day is uncalled for and unprofessional at best.

Au Revoir

Exactly what you want from a hosting provider.... Thanks re-invent

This is absolutely unreal.. Get a grip Melvin Martell as you are complaining about domain name registration services provided by GoDaddy to you that have nothing to do with our company or our services. Geesh!

I signed up with Re-invent back in 2008, but cancelled in the same year.

For the past 4 years now, I have been constantly emailed with domain-renewal reminders which I have always ignored, thinking that the domain would automatically expire as stated in their emails. No such luck! What a crock!!!

I have tried repeatedly for 4 years to have them destroy this domain name that I didn't need anymore after the first expiry. But have been stuck with it in Whois for the past 4 fours with my information tied to this domain.

I have complained constantly to them, got others involved, as well as wild west domains (which is where they get their domains from), but they seem content to want to continue to break the law.

Let me ask you this. If a domain name with a provider expires after 1 year, and the domain-renewals that they send you are supposed to automatically terminate the domain after not responding to it. But they keep it in the Whois for 4 years to this day anyway: shouldn't this make people think that there is something not right with this so-called company?

I think indeed, that they have lousy one-liner support, fraudulent domain registration services, an inflated ego that makes them believe that they are God and noone can touch them...criminals!

Period!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay Well Away from Re-Invent!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the great product Re-invent! The superior support I have received from Re-invent is a dream come true. They usually respond to my questions in less than 15 minutes. No other hosting site i've tried even comes close to that. I will use Re-invent for all my hosting needs from now on. Anybody looking for a host will not be dissappointed.

We refunded the customer due to a billing error with our billing provider. We provided the customer with a receipt of the refund but customer still decides to post misleading information to try to make it into something it was not. You decide!
