Re-invent.com has stolen my money for a third time. I cancelled my hosting in the fall of 2010. Since then, they have taken 3 quarterly payments of $68 from my checking account. I've protested every time and have the emails to prove it. They refunded 1 deduction in March 2011 and turned around and took another payment in June. Are they crooks? They took my $$ when they admitted that my account was cancelled. You Decide!

Re-invent over 13 years has provided unparalleled hosting services and support to tens of thousands of customers for little more than a few cents per day. When false information is posted by someone or by competitors trying to hurt our reputation that we have spent more than a decade building, we will respond.

I'm not hear to tell you who you should or should not use for a
hosting company, but I will give you my current experience and it's
up to you to decide.

We were with re-invent and can echo the comments from others about
lack of assistance when things go wrong. For us we were badly let
down, and when commenting about how bad the support service was, the
company switched off our site and email, kept our renewal fee and
didn't give us the opportunity to recover our data.

We have had to start again from scratch, but do you know what this
episode has been good for us. We've found a great hosting company.

A word of warning to existing customers, before you exercise your
right to free speech and moan about them, make sure you have an exit
plan first.

I guess the support is poor as they spend most of their time
monitoring sites like this.

BDPhillips is not a customer and the story is entirely made up

Absolutely do not use this company. They are rude, unhelpful, lack professionalism. We had an issue and it took two weeks where they shut down our site because they couldn't handle opening an email. The arrogance of the young punks who work here are unbelievable. They have no direct phone number. That should have been our first clue...They have no actual employees, it is a one man shop and all of the reviewers were duped...Don't be duped absolutely go somewhere else...Our web IT department became so frustrated that he almost had a nervous breakdown...They are a joke and a sham organization

I had the same experience as the folks above who were robed repeatedly by Re-Invent. I cancelled my account with Re-invent in Oct 2010. They have billed me on 2 successive quarters since then. I have repeatedly sent emails to them disputing the charges with no response whatsoever. My bank tells me that the only way to stop the bleeding is to cancel my debit card. Do not use Re-Invent no matter what they promise you.

I've been with Re-invent for almost 2 years and every experience with them has been nothing but professional and extremely helpful. They have always bent over backwards in helping with some sticky programming issues when they didn't really have to help me. And my web site has never been down over those 2 years. Keep up the great work!

As a customer of Re-Invent I can happily say anybody thinking of using them, well think again. They are truly awful.

My site has died and they won't even to a restore, even though they have one available.

There is zero customer support. I have tried everything and cannot get anyone to reply to my repeated attempts to contact them. This is awful.

Stay away... you have been warned!!!
