What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Per our terms of service: Refund and Disputes: All payments to Sago Networks, Inc. are nonrefundable. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 10 days of the time the dispute charge occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in Sago Networks's sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS and /or AUP, you agree to pay Sago Networks an "Administrative Fee" of not less than $50 and not more than $150.
What is your average uptime?
We do provide a Network status page: https://www.sagonet.com/information-center/network-status-blog.html and our guaranteed up time is 99.9%.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Support varies from product to product. Basic support of power, connectivity, network and hardware are included with Dedicated servers, collocation includes power, connectivity and network. Additional support is provided with add on management or ATS(Advanced Technical Services) fees. We can provide assistance with Website development and the cost varies from project to project.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
Standard business practice for us is to not give discounts for acquiring our services, however, we do negotiate on bulk purchases and contracts. I am open to working with you but it is not a standard operating procedure to just give discounts.

Sago Networks is an Internet Solutions Company. We provide a broad range of services from Dedicated servers(managed and unmanged) and colocation in both of our Data Centers which are located in Tampa, Fl. and Atlanta, Ga. We also provide broadband-wireless internet for most of Florida and the metropolitan area of Atlanta, Ga. This network continues to grow as we look to expand up the Eastern seaboard of the US.
