What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We currently don’t market a money back guarantee because we haven’t really found a need to offer one yet – that being said, we absolutely don’t want you to be stuck with a service you’re unsatisfied with! If you encounter issues where it becomes apparent that our services are not a good fit for you, we’re definitely flexible in finding a suitable solution.
What is your average uptime?
We currently don’t have a public status page that lists our uptimes, however, our IP backbone consists of Level 3, Mzima, Highwinds, and Cox – and is monitored by our team of network engineers. You’ll be benefitting from the same robust and reliable network that our own high-availability core businesses necessitate.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
The Secured Servers product line is marketed to those who are interested in saving money and do not require much more than periodic basic support. Reboots, OS reloads, and basic support is included at no additional charge – if you require additional support though, we DO offer management plans through another division of our company.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
Our site presently lists two promotional specials that are aggressively priced – however, we’re not completely inflexible, and I would like to earn your business, so please feel free to share what you’ve got in mind and I’ll see what I can do J

Another division of CWIE is a credit card processing company that processes thousands of transactions per hour on the same network and infrastructure as yours – and we’ve spared no expense building an infrastructure and network that offers the highest availability network, reliable hardware, and lowest latency possible. In addition, we use top grade hardware and have an extremely skilled staff on-hand (Network Admins, System Admins, Client Support, Customer Support), around the clock, 24x7x365. Our staff supports our own core businesses and is an available resource to our clients. Simply stated, we’ve been in business for many years and our own reliable infrastructure (data center, hardware, network, and support staff) is what we’re offering through Secured Servers at very competitive pricing.

| I have been with securedservers.com for about 6 months now and the server speed, connectivity and uptime are great, a very good deal for the price. Their support is limited to hardware issues, however they recommended totalserversolutions.com, a 24/7 support team who give quick response. |

| Hello, I have been hosting with SecuredServers for about 3 months, their uptime is 99.99% Guaranteed. The support helps really good when you have server-side problems. And what they offer you is a 1gbps port for 5$ extra. This hosting service is the best I have hosted with. |

| Their abuse team is incapable of handling a simple delisting request from spamhaus and as such causes many innocent people trouble when they cannot get their email working properly. |
