| Not a good service at all. They respond quickly to all the Emails and queries and their support is good too, but their hosting is crappy. I bought their package and everything went smooth for 10 months, until I started getting some good traffic. Few days after that, they banned my account on the ground of "Memory Abuse" and said that their is some open-source software thats causing them. Investigate it on your own and remove it from there, or else you would permanently banned. I still don't know what the problem was with them but it did cost me and I'm never using their service again! |

| Fantastic Service I am using their services for couple of years. So far I have faced no problem. Sometimes I face problem with chat but their phone response is instant. Uptimes is good. |

| SHIT company They disconnected me without notification I never did anything wrong - the problem was at their end and they blamed me. The only information I got was 'RAM OVERLOAD' what the hell is that supposed to mean? I requested backup of my files and they never responded What sort of company is this? |

| There customer service is terrible. The have no contact information. No phone number, no email address. Live chat is never manned. The ticket system for complaints is answered with generic questions. Here is a bit of their terms: ServerSea reserves the right to cancel any account, including files and content, for any reason, or no reason at all, at any time.... Upon termination of a customer's account for any cause or reason whatsoever, neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under these terms of service... And they enforce these terms. They have shut down two of my accounts suddenly and with no notice or explanation. No refund. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. |
