| Sibername.com has really helped me a lot. They provide the best customer service I've seen anywhere. I have been using them since Summer 2010, and all I can say is "100% dedicated" they always respond to tickets within 60 minutes which I've never seen before, and I've never had issues which is another surprise. Sibername is great, I will always recommend them. |

| I have been a Sibername customer for five years. Today I made one of my INFREQUENT complaints about spam, and received a prompt response from Albert Holmes: "I have added some discard rules on your account which should prevent those Spam emails coming to you from now on. Sorry for the inconvenience caused". I can't ask for better service than this. |

| I'm fairly experienced at website design and community building. I needed a web host that would be able to support my RPG site. I looked around for quite a while and though Sibername wasn't the cheapest, according to their reviews their quality was outstanding. And it is! I needed a web host that would be able to support my RPG site. I looked around for quite a while and though Sibername wasn't the cheapest, according to their reviews their quality was outstanding. And it is! Not only did technical support help me setup my forums within ten(!) minutes of me writing them, but they also accept Interac (Canadian Instant Debit) which is a HUGE plus. They are so easy to host with and extremely polite and helpful, I don't think I will ever be switching hosts. Hosting with Sibername is worth every penny. |

These guy are nothing short of amazing, and have never let me down, going far beyond the call of duty on numerous ocassions. Never met them but feel like I know them.
