| Previously i wrote a good review about silicon house.But during last couple of weeks i have been experimenting several problems with their DNS server issue. Some time the websites hosted in the account will not work and always showing "Unable to resolve the server's DNS address." If this problem continually occurs i may switch to another hosting company. |

| Do go for Silicon house there were fraud. In start there say yes for every thing and later showing various issue they ask for upgardation of the service. So be carefull friends. |

| Reddy Bangalore, 26th of April, 2013 For clearing a support ticket it will take more than 10 hours. First we have to submit ticket in the member area and they wont mind the submitted tickets. So again we have to send email to raf@silicohouse.org for getting it done. Once if we sent mail to RAF they will give reply after 10 to 15 hours that they are looking the problem seriously and it may resolved with in 60 minutes like that. They claim that RAF is "RAPID ACTION FORCE" but i don't know whether they know the meaning of the above word.With out good service how can you survive in the webhosting industry. | I just want to give a very big feed back on the Silicon Hosting. I have my own support team for outsourced support and web designing. I have few customers seeking for hosting and support from my end. Thought of buying a reseller initially to move all my customers and later planned to buy a dedicated server. I just bought the reseller hosting with silicon. From the day 1 3 hour they have started to give headache for me. These are my following request. >> I need my reseller account to be ready in next2 hours will that be possible? They strongly said yes, and gave the login details after 8 hours. Highly frustrated. >> I need to migrate the accounts of your customers under reseller hosting package raised a ticket. A: We do not support migration. Under special request we will perform migration under special request for once. Next time it will be charged extra to perform the migration. After this update, it has been 12 hours without any update. When I made a call to the support team, they said support team has internet connectivity issue still we connected and our data card to access the internet however, we are not able to respond you in time. That was the last day of customer hosting account and the customer was forced to renew the hosting with the current provider. >> I need to create an addon domain in the reseller hosting package, how can I do that? Currently we no not allow the add on domain in the packages. If you want such option kindly pay Rs.9999 to avail that option. Also, your accounts that are being migrated has addon domains, kindly remove all the domains and create every domain as single account. How is this possible without a root access to perform the separate migration? My pressure and frustration shooting up day by day. >> Uptime of the server is not 100%. Its only 64% uptime per day. I need refund or compensation Answer from support team: Sorry to say that uptime mentioned in the website is for service. We cannot give guarantee for uptime towards hardware and network issues. Then why the hell these people saying that 100% uptime. I lost my patience totally. There are many other issue faced in 5 days like mod_security, redirection of website, IP address blocked in the firewall and etc. I said I have vast experience in the web hosting and outsourcing and I have my own support team who is working for various hosting providers across the globe still they are saying that the option you have requested cannot be completed in the server. I still had a slight belief that Silicon hosting is good. But just in 5 days I got frustrated completely. I bought the reseller package with dedicated IP address around Rs.5000/-. When I was unhappy and asked for refund, they simply gave a URL and said there are no refunds. We never give the money back once it is paid to us. You need to use the server or leave he service without using it. Really, i dont want such a worst service like this to be offered to my own customers. I just left Rs.5000/- thinking that I gave it to a beggar and bought my own dedicated server and managing on my own. Till this day I have not touched that idiot hosting account though I have paid for 1 year. For all those who have gave a positive feed back to Silicon hosting. If you can answer me the following questions 1. Have you ever saw a good hosting company and customer empathy hosting support team before? 2. Did you ever got your issues fixed less than 1 hour? 3. Did you people ever get a proper initial update from the support team other than "we are checking the issue and we will update you shortly?" 4. If you are really satisfied customer of silicon hosting, what are the happiest things that impressed you in their hosting and support team? I am sure that you must be a newbie for hosting industries dont have a fair knowledge. Note to all other customers: Choose your hosting provider wisely with good support team and money-back guarantee else, you cannot ask for refund when beggar like these people screw you up. To silicon hosting: Prove me all my above comments are wrong. Dare to challenge me. |

| The worst worst worstest hosting service. If you monitor their servers with monitoring service provider you will bombarded with emails of "server down". I have used their service for one year, even now I have validity remaining. But not using it because it is a piece of CRAP. If you don't want to see your website UP then go with them. Their support is good but What to do with support when there is no UPTIME. Never, Never, Never go for them..... |

| Actually I changed to siliconhouse.net after being unsatisfied with previous hosting companies that were both expensive and unreliable. I have been using their services for a couple months now and I must say, for the service the price is excellent. The online service is reliable and fast. The staff is quick and thorough at responding support tickets.I have moved all my sites here from the other hosts, I am very much impressed and satisfied here and I think I got a stable hosting platform. |
