For website hosting we offer basic support via phone and email during business hours. The shared servers are monitored and managed 24/7. We direct web development to a local designer who uses our service.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
I can give you the new hosted pricing that isn’t on our website yet if you let me know what you need for webspace, OS, email, etc.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
SolidSpace is more than a hosting company as we provide datacenter level management and other IT services. We focus primarily on client support and providing a robust, reliable environment for ours. Unlike places like GoDaddy, etc, you will have a shared account on a server with a small, limited number of clients instead of thousands and will be able to reach a live human tech easily by email, phone or our ticketing system.
