What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Our terms of service are month-to-month, paid in advance. If you paid for service in advance and didn't use it we'd be obligated to return those fees. We cannot refund setup fees if applied. After reviewing your needs and goals, if we can't deliver service for some reason we shall let you know in advance and you'd not be billed. All provisioned services do require 30 days notice for cancellation.
What is your average uptime?
Our uptime does very well at over four nines. Sorry we do not have bonafied status page at this time.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Our primary means of supporting our customers is our trouble ticket system in the users control panel. We also have live chat, instant message, faq's and a toll-free phone number.

We take customer support to levels the larger hosts can't. Although we don't offer immediate response to non-emergencies after normal business hours, we see all issues through to a resolution and can provide flexible solutions to the needs of the experienced and novice webmasters.
