What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
There is no moneyback guarantee. I used to offer one way back when I first started my business - but I had quite a few people that took advantage of this and simply jumped from webhost to webhost using up their 30 day trial periods. What I always recommend is to simply sign up for the month to month billing first. If you like us - you
like us, if you don't like us - simply cancel. No one has every cancelled after 30 days, but if you did you'd only be out 6 bucks. :-)
What is your average uptime?
Our uptime exceeds 99.9%. In the past year the only downtime we've experienced was due to upgrades which lasted 2-5 minutes (2 times).
The datacenter where we lease our servers had network maintanance this July which lasted a more extended period - but I stayed up all night and emailed everyone with updates on what was happening until I got word that all was complete. The server wasn't down but sites were unaccessible in that instance from 2am-6am.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide support via support tickets. This way the support
request is in the system and we don't have to worry about emails getting filtered and lost. The response time is also tracked. Our support system is also setup to page our cell phones when a new ticket pops into the system so it is responded to asap. I wish our billing/support system averaged our our support response times automatically! It does not, so I manually averaged out our response
times in the month of August for you which came to 2 hour 12 minutes average. The majority of tickets in the month of August were low priority (password reset, iphone email configuration, etc.).

Many of our clients have been with us since 2001 and I've formed friendships with many. I personally will do whatever I can to make sure you are not disappointed with our service... you won't be a number. I care less about money and more about keeping everybody happy! When I started my business I had been burned by about 5 other
webhosting companies. Crappy service, downtime, being sold to another webhosting company. Whatever can happen I think I've dealt with it.
I started to read up on the business and then took the leap - it's now been what.. 8 years? I've experienced it and I don't want to have people associate my business with those sorts of practices.

| I have nothing praise for Randi and the response time she has provided on any problem I have encountered. She knows what she is doing. The price is difficult to beat. The tools excellent. I heartily recommend SpookyMedia. Uptime - never a problem. |
