SteadmanTech offers a moneyback guarantee during your first 30 days of service. If at any time you are dissatisfied with SteadmanTech service within that first 30 days you may request account termination and refund. This refund is subject to SteadmanTech terms of service. If terms of service are at any time violated the moneyback offer does not apply.
What is your average uptime?

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
SteadmanTech web hosting services does not include assistance with development of your web site. Web hosting support is limited to support related to the web hosting service specifically. However, SteadmanTech is a full service web site development company in addition to offering web hosting service. Web site development services are offered separately and are quoted on a project by project basis.
