| Monday 27th August, 2012 @ 12.30 pm - phone support does not seem to be happening. Their website appears to be down and, consequently, so is mine. All I get on their phone is a recorded message to contact them directly via their website - that is not going to happen at the moment. Ben with them for some years now, and this is the only problem I have had. Hope it is resolved soon. |

| I have been with TipTop for about three years -- never had a problem. I do see some of the other issues. Here are some answers -- if you have your id and a tiptop http address is appearing - either your bill is not paid, your domain name is not paid (where ever you bought it) or your domain name is not active -- here's another answer to a question -- if you transferred your domain name into TTW -- it can not be free to you from TTW (TTW does not own your domain name-you bought it from some one else) -- you have to pay for the domain name renewal where you bought it. And finally as for transferring a domain name out to another web site builder -- good luck with that one -- YOU (the owner) have to be involved -- it is a two way street between the current provider and your new one and you have better be able to read and follow instructions written by the IT geeks and techno GODS! TTW and where ever you are going are not going to do it for you. I love TTW -- I think it is simple and you do not have to know HTML. |

| Today for the third year in a row the website domain name wasn't renewed by Tip Top so the website is currently down and because they don't have customer service on the weekend we will be out of business until at least Monday! This is the last time, we will be taking out website elsewhere. Don't bother with this company if you are looking to run a small business they really don't care whether you can reach your customers or not!! |
