| I've been with tiptopwebsites 6-7 years and now that I want to leave its pure heck. The customer service is terrible in trying to help me transfer the domain I purchase every year.If only they would have phone customer support instead of email. |

| I am cancelling my membership with TipTopwebsite and they are trying to charge me $25.00 even though they say domain is free. I was only with them for under 5 months. I am cancelling because you can only build a poor website with them. Their customer service is horrible and turnaround time is not same business day. They suck dont use them |

| I have a website powered by tiptopwebsite. Even though I have being paying my own domain, it appears at google with the domain tiptopwebsite.com/my member name. Not to mention the fact that I sell an ebook, and guess what? I've realized that the page containing the PDF file should be accessible to customers after making the payment through Paypal. However, google has crowled this page, and its contain is available "For Free" to whoever find it. I think, tiptopwebsite should be more considered and respectful to its customers, and don't use us just to grow up their business. Maybe is time to find a new hosting company, and get rid of tiptopwebsite and their poor service. |

| We have used Tiptop for 2 years. Our website is seasonal so there are times of minimal activity. On occasion i have gone to our site 'as a customer' would just to make sure it was in public view. the first time the site was off, i assumed it was because of inactivity-they fixed it the second time the site was off by the fact that you could click on our name but their home page would come up rather than our web page- "they fixed it"- thats fine, but the question remains- how long was my site inactive? Also, i cant seem to login I complained and they say the site the site was always up for public view. This was March 15th 2011 April 2/2011 No site available to public view! I cant login and customers will see their home page instead of my site. |

| I've been using TipTop for nearly two years to host 3 websites and still am. I've never found anything wrong with them. Excellent service. Uptime, speed and support is good. I will be using them more to host additional websites. I can recommend them. |

| The problems with titptopwebsite you will find they say you get a free the domain year later they charge you a lot and they own its reg to them. Next google search picks up their domain when it should pick up your site domain not good no traffic to your site. |
