What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Phone and ticket support. No sorry we do not help with development. If you have any questions on if a script will work on our servers, we can of course answer that or other such questions, but actually developing the site isn't included.

As we use a clustered services, each service is hosted on it's own separate physical server instead of all services packed on one service. This gives more resources to that service. This isn't unique by any means, but that included with our support staff helping as much as possible means you'll rarely have issues and if you do we'll be there to help out.
