What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
We have 30 days money back guarantee. It applies if you are unsatisfied with our service. It has to be our fault that caused you to be unsatisfied, ie. Downtime and so on.
What is your average uptime?
Our uptime guarantee is 99.9 % uptime. At the moment we do no thave any page where we show access to our server uptime.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer 24/7 support over email and you can always give us a call for emergencies. Our response are pretty quick depending on the volume of tickets but we try getting our problems solved as soon as we recieve the request.
