| My issues with my server have always been rectified instantly since the time I have shifted to UCVHOST. Support is very instant. They are very supportive and answer all my technical issues very accurately. They are very good at fixing issues with my server no matter what it is. |

| The complaint on this site has by the name Anonymous is fake. The same comment has been put on by the name Tomas. So again how come you have different names for the same complaint and nor do you have any details of the hosting you so called bought from us. the complaint by Anonymous (and Tomas on other sites) has been put by the same person Aditya Chandra AS THE SAME REVIEW WAS PUT ON WEBHOSTINGJURY.COM using the same words which are as follows: On this site as "I have never in my life experienced this much worthless" AND ON http://www.webhostingjury.com/reviews/UCVhost ON 6TH JUNE AS "I never in my life complained about customer service.." We have proved at that time also that these comments are fake by giving proofs. The same comment will come up tomorrow on http://www.000webhost.com/directory/reviews/ucvhost.com You can very check the dates and the name ,, we at UCVHOST DO NOT HAVE TO PROVE OURSELVES. We talk in terms of proof. And regarding customer service you can very well go on ucvhost.com and chat with our live support executives. You do not have to buy from us, just try the services and test our knowledge. You will know what UCVHOST is. | I simply love UCVHOST. I have downloaded 20 mt4 on my vps, so yesterday it started showing mt4 out of memory when I logged on. So when I went online on their Live chat and told them my problem. I asked them to charge my account and give me around 2 gb space more. But the executives are so nice that they looked at my usage and told me buy only 1 GB rather than 2 GB. So they upgraded my plan based on my usage and added only 1 GB. I really appreciate this company now as they did not charge me more than required when I myself asked them to do so. I trust them now so much that I cannot think of another host for my hosting requirements. They will never charge anybody more than required. They really deserve an applause!!!! |

| UCVHOST has been very nice to me. I have installed lots of applications on my server and sometimes it uses bandwidth more than I have taken in my plan. All my earlier hosting providers used to shut me down but UCVHOST is one hosting provider who never shuts me down. Its been 10 months I am with them and they have never shut me down because of this issue. Good service I must say. |

| I'm not a complainer...not picky and let too many things slide by usually. I'm from europe where customer service is 100 times worse compared to california, but I must say, I have never in my life experienced this much worthless, POOR customer service in my life. This so called company ucvhost.com, have absolutely no structure in their business. Their vps restart by them selves and they never even have the courtesy to notify their clients, and most times they have no idea that it even happens. But that was only 1-2 times a month. customer service..heh..they give out empty promises, I really tried to stick it together and let things pass but now it's impossible. YOU CAN NEVER GET ONE SINGLE DAMN THING SORTED OUT WITH THEM. NOTHING can ever go smoothly with them. * They disappear from chat without a "Please hold". * They disconnect and leave the chat middle of an issue without a goodbye or even an apology for their lack of ability to explain why my vps changed password or other issues. * They always ask you to e-mail their support with an issue and the day after when you haven't received anything back (Which they promised they will) they ask you for a ticket id which you NEVER receive when sending out to their company e-mail * Their Refund form on their website doesn't work. And they have people searching for reviews on web and claim EVERYBODY that are writing something bad about them are FAKE. I CAN SETTLE FOR LOWER PRICE WITH LESS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS, BUT THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! |

| With UCVHOST I have never had issues with the uptime of my server. I had only one technical issue recently in my last 5 years of hosting with them. I went online and chatted with them, and they created a new VPS for me and restored all data from the old one to the new VPS. They did all this in just 10 mins. Their support service as well as their speed of service is really nice. They didn’t even charge me for it though it was my fault because of which the server was facing the issue. And what I else I was surprised to see a mail from their support team that they had given me 15 days VPS for free. So in my next billing they just charged me for half month and I had used it for full month. WOW is the word for them. |
