| I love UCV, The kind of support I get here, I dont get anywhere else. The plans are cheap and above all fit my budget. Also the availability of support 7 days a week makes me more comfy with them. I dont have to plan my work schedule with them as they are always there |

About a week after posting that message, and even complaining to the Melbourne company that UCVHost purchases from, they finally gave me the transfer codes to move my hosting to another company. As such, it still took about two weeks for me to get those codes, sending requests every day. Posted below is my original comments about the site. Len, 13th of August, 2012 Do NOT use UcvHost.com. The service is cheap. That's the only good thing. Over the years I have been with them, I have had domains expire after paying for renewal, because they couldn't be bothered to make the required updates. I have temporarily lost domains to hijacking, which took several weeks to resolve. I have had malware/viruses infect a website. I have needed to re-upload entire websites repeatedly because of their shoddy service. Any time I have needed to contact their technical support, the support would only occur after one to six weeks of repeatedly requesting the support. Typically, this would only happen several days after I mark the support tickets as "critical" (highest level out of 5 stages). About a week ago, I finally got fed up with their service, and decided to move my websites to a different web hosting provider. I am still waiting to receive a response to my request for the website transfer code. If you just want to make a personal website that really doesn't matter, perhaps UcvHost would be ideal for you. If you want to have a continually functional, malware-free website, then do not use UcvHost.com. The "live, online support" is crap. All they ever do is tell you to send and email to the site's technical support department. |

| Aditya Chandra is a bastard of third degree. He had left UCVHOST - the Indian branch in 2009 and ever since that the loser is trying to set up his own company. I was a client of UCV since 2005, Aditya came to me and offered me a lesser price as compared to UCV and took me to his newly formed company. Earlier I was excited with the new prices but when I bought the server from him, after two months he told me that now from now on I have to pay him $2000 every month instead of the present $500 per month. Since I was a dedicated server client I got scared and then reported this back to UCVHOST and asked them for help. Aditya Chandra the loser not only gave me the new invoice but also threatened me that if I go back to UCV he will get my company shut down by deleting all data. But with the guys at UCV, I have sailed through the moment of distress. With the latest copy of the backup data of my site, they helped me restore my server with them back again, they not only fixed the issues but got me up in less than 48 hours Now I am back with UCV and I can surely tell that that guy Aditya Chandra and his so called new company are a threat. Readers beware, this guy not only puts fake comments about UCV but also tries to cheat everyone and is a big scammer. He thinks a new company can get him more laurels . and defaming UCV will get him more traffic. The comment here by Paul Morgan was definitely a scam, as I can see how he tried to portray himself to be a client, wrote something negative, when he got caught, then he wrote something else and in the meantime forgot what he wrote earlier, firstly he said, I never touched the server, then he said I got a poor service, Well when you never logged on then how can you get a poor service when you didnt even touch it. When UCVHOST commented back on his false comment and caught him, the very next day he again puts the comment with the name Gomes and replies that UCV is busy repyling to comments. Well what is a company supposed to do,, Well in my opinion if a company looks at all the aspects of the business, ie. support, uptime, marketing, online reputation management, well then that company is the MASTER OF ALL. I am praising this company here and writing a review here because I stumbled upton this review of Paul Morgan here I just felt like spreading the word across that UCV is really helpful,, just that a mean guy who has become a loser in life is trying to defame them doesnt mean that they arent good. And the way they helped me is really commendable Believe me, after this incident ,,,, I CAN SAY THERE IS NO BETTER HOST THAN UCVHOST |

| This is pure scam host!!!!! I paid them for 2 sites transfer and they ate my money, no even customer support help. All telling me sorry we have some API problem your transfer will be completed soon. After 2 weeks nothing done. I have continued with my old host. | i've dealt with UCV for quite a while now. they started out very well but for a year now, their support and service have been declining. They have a major API issue related to domain name registration, that gets you stuck with them.. you cant renew the domain sometimes and if the host is not stable (emails are not) you cant even relocate the nameservers to another host. I'm migrating all my domains elsewhere.. i truly have nothing personal against them, but i'm so fed up that i searched for a review website to say my opinion so others can avoid it or be careful about it. |
