| I had the same terrible experience. The amount of down time was terrible. One day all my sites where redirecting to somebody elses site and they claimed that it was due to a dns issue. Here is what Phillip Jenkins emailed to me: "We have just upgraded our servers to monster servers and yet we have not increased your prices yet you feel the need to utter obscenities to us because you don't have the necessary knowledge to understand how things work in regards to support emails. Maybe your wife/girlfriend/mother/father/children/employees allow you to talk to them like that but for $12 a year we dont have to take it and wont. So I suggest you calm the fuck down or I am going to close your account for you being a dickhead." I had wrote to Phillip: What the fuck is going on? I also complained about their customer support email system. As a customer who's experienced major issues with their service, I think I was in my rights to say this but Phillips customer support is insulting to say the least. Bad, bad experience |

| I signed up with this company after a friend recommended them. I had nothing but trouble with the c-panel, and I submitted 4 tickets, upon which "Phillip Jenkins" proceeded to insult me via email. I asked him not to, so he terminated my account. Wow! Here's a transcript of his last email with the bad words muted... "I have now terminated your hosting account with us and issued a full refund via paypal transaction: 9SD974376V682502Y I wont tolerate clients being a**holes with me and yes, you were the a**hole first, I was only responding in kind. So please take your miserable attitude and persona to another hosting company that will tolerate your bull****. Phillip Jenkins Uk Cheap Hosts ukcheaphosts.com" So, needless to say, now this makes it pretty messy for us as we have a blog hosted on that account. Not even sure how to fix it at this point, but have friends who can, I'm sure. |

| Was good when I first joined them a few years back but now finding it difficult with them, very sluggish and site is often down.... have started moving my sites to a much more reliable hosting services. |
