| I have been nothing but happy with the service provided by UKHost4u. They have always been very friendly and have actually taken the time to fix issues with my web site code which would have normally have cost money and a developers time. Unlike other providers I have used the telephone calls are answered and most emails that I have sent in have had a reply within 1hr which is much better than the 48hrs that my last provider took to even advise me that it had been assigned to support. I understand some people here don't seem to have been happy with them, but I think they will find a lot of much worse providers and when you go with someone with NO telephone support, 48hrs email reply times and 80% MAX up time you will be more than happy to use UKHost4u. |

| Do not use this hosting company avoid at all costs it will waste your time and money my site is down now and losing me money they cant sort it out it has been down once or twice a week for 6 weeks they dont give a monkies about you or your site they have made that perfectly clear. I am now posting on every review site to let others know. Do NOT use them they are terrible. Avoid like the plague. |

| Very good hosting provider. I have used them at various times over the years and always found their performance to be very good and their tech support second to none. I have had a number of technical issues with bespoke software that I have either written or installed and they have been very helpful. On a number of occasions they have been providing me with real time support by email (responding in minutes) at 10PM at night. |

| I have been with UKHOST4U for about 6 months now and I have never had an issue with them. I am fairly new to the web development scene and any issues I have had (mainly my fault) their support services have been excellent. Would recommend them to others. |

| Use them! I think some folk around here are being a bit stingy with their appraisal of UKHost. I've been with them for about 5 years now, I've had lots of dealings with UKhost support recently due to new domains and becoming a mac user. Always good, always helpful, always informative. I never leave, either by phone or mail, lacking in the answers I needed. And no hanging about. As soon as I request something, they're on the case. It's a good service. Definitely. |

| We have a V.P.S. with UKHost4U and find the hosting reliable and cost effective. When we have had any technical problems we have found the response prompt and effective in resolving the problems. We have not found any problems with their service. |

| Probably the worst web hosting company in the world. My experience of the up-time was around 60%, the loss in business revenue as a result, meant I learnt a valuable lesson about the real value of webhosting, and also to do my research before I sign up. If I had searched google, I would have seen a huge amount of reviews which say don't touch UKhost4u. There appear to be a rash of good reviews every few months, but these seem to be advertorials and not real reviews. On eBay if a seller has 95% positive feedback, that sounds alarm bells. A quick search for UKhost4u's review ratings, shows they have around 35% positive feedback online. If this sounds bad, it's because it is! |
