What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Unfortunately we do not offer a moneyback guarantee or any trial period. This is because they are prone to abuse, so we prefer to protect our existing customers and our network, even if it means losing the occasional lead. We're confident you will love our service and you can pay monthly so there is not a large outlay to try us out.
What is your average uptime?

What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide support for web hosting related questions and issues, and we'll do our best to help if you have any script problems. We do not offer support for website development, or offer any development/design services. Our support response is always within minutes, 24x7x365 by our own inhouse (not outsourced) team. Try us anytime and you will always receive a prompt and helpful response, you will never wait hours.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
Unfortunately we have no coupons, infact we have never offered coupons or discounts. We believe in fairly priced services and realistic packages/quota's which are not oversold and provide you a solid service. All our customers pay the same, nobody is on a better discount level than anyone else.
