| I've been with uswebhosting for three years now and up until two days ago all was good. Someone had spoofed my email address and started sending out thousands of emails that looked as though they were coming from me. My domain was shut down and I can not get any response from this company. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! |

| The most unresponsive customer service I have ever encountered. This outfit promised on multiple occasions to simply answer a question about domain renewal and after 2 Weeks have yet to answer. They do respond to say that they received my request and that someone would be getting back to me with details. This never happens. There have been multiple issues with USWebhosting before this, the most serious of these being a couple of 24 hour server outages, but for me their lack of customer service is absolutely infuriating. |
