What is your average uptime?
Our last outage was approximately 8 days ago. And that was for a server reboot so we were down for about 2 minutes.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We are a small company so we do not have 24/7 support yet but it will be coming very shortly. However, we do have a very dedicated support staff that believes our number one concern is fixing any problems that the customer may encounter the first time, every time. And honestly, my cell phone number is on the web site and it is with me at all times. If you call I will answer.

What else can you tell about your company and services?
As I stated earlier, we are a small company. To me that means that there is a personal touch involved. Chances are if you call, I will answer the phone. I may be the owner but I am also the head cook and bottle washer so to speak. I think that the personal touch is important and I hope that I never lose it. We are not unique, web hosts are getting to be a dime a dozen right now but the cream will always rise and the rest will get left behind. I have intentionally kept growth to a slow pace because I did not want to get too big too fast.
